1. Under medium heat, carefully place frozen pork buns into a frying pan containing 1/4 inch of oil.
2. Add cold water to cover 2/3 the height of buns. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed.
3. Lower the fire and continue cooking until the bottom of the buns become golden, which is about 15mins.
